Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus features a bit more powerful processor than LG G5, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.

The LG G5 has much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and 16 GB more internal memory. The LG G5 features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have a 16 mega-pixels back facing camera, the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 video quality and a same size camera sensor, the LG G5 also has a bigger camera aperture.
