The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is much better than the LG G5, with a general score of 91.1 against 76.1. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has 14 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition construction is a lot heavier but notably thinner than LG G5.

LG G5 features a much better hardware performance than Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, although it has lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a little bit better screen than LG G5, because although it has a lot lower pixel density, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1968 x 2184 and a much bigger screen.

If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the LG G5, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
