Xperia 10 II has an overall score of 78.5, which is a little bit better than the LG G5's 76.1 general score. Although Xperia 10 II is a little bit thicker than the LG G5, it's a little lighter and also way newer. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 10 II has older 10 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo.

The LG G5 counts with a slightly better screen than Xperia 10 II, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a little bit higher count of pixels in each inch in the display. Xperia 10 II features a bit more powerful processing unit than LG G5, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Xperia 10 II also has 4 more cores.

The Xperia 10 II features much more memory capacity for apps and games than LG G5, because although it has an external memory card slot that supports 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. LG G5 shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the LG G5 also has a bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light captures and video, a much more MP camera in the back and a larger back-facing camera sensor shooting better quality pictures and videos.
