Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a general score of 77.5, which is slightly better than LG G5's global score of 76.1. Although Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is newer than LG G5, it's a little bit thicker and incredibly heavier. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a little bit better performance than LG G5, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has more processing cores.
LG G5 counts with a better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much higher pixel count per display inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px. LG G5 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the LG G5 also has a way higher resolution camera, a larger aperture to take better low light photos and video and a bigger sensor.
LG G5 features a slightly better storage for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a much better battery duration than LG G5, because it has an 89 percent bigger battery size.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 not only is the best devices in this comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest, making this phone an obvious call.
