Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a general score of 79, which is just a bit better than LG G5's 76.1 general score. These devices have Android OS, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has 11 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo. Even though Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is way newer than the LG G5, it's thicker and extremely heavier.
LG G5 features a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a better display density. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a little better performance than LG G5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has more cpu cores.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a really longer battery duration than LG G5, because it has a 79% bigger battery capacity.
