LG G7 Fit has a score of 77, which is slightly better than the Huawei nova 3's 76.3 score. Both of these devices include the same Android 8.1 Oreo OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that. LG G7 Fit's design is just a little thicker but just a little lighter than Huawei nova 3, and both were released with only a few months difference.
The Huawei nova 3 features a bit better hardware performance than LG G7 Fit, because it has a higher number of cores (and also faster) and 2 GB more RAM.
