The LG G7 Fit is a little bit better than the LG G5, with a 77 score against 76.1. LG G7 Fit's design is a lot newer and just a little lighter, but a bit thicker than the LG G5. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but LG G7 Fit has the newer 8.1 Oreo version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo version, so it provides you a lot of extra features.
LG G7 Fit features a brighter display than LG G5, because it has a little higher 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution, a just a little more pixels per inch in the display and a larger display. LG G7 Fit and LG G5 both count with similar storage capacity for games and applications, both have a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB and equal 32 GB internal memory.
The LG G5 has a little faster processing unit than LG G7 Fit. They have 4 CPU cores and a 4 GB RAM. LG G7 Fit has just a little better battery performance than LG G5, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh. The LG G5 shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than LG G7 Fit, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same video frame rates and a same resolution back facing camera, the LG G5 also has a larger back camera sensor providing a better image quality and a larger aperture for better photos and videos in low-light environments.
