Galaxy A42 is much better than LG G7 One, getting a score of 87 against 76.8. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy A42 has 11 version and LG G7 One has Android 10, counting with lots of additional features and improved performance. Even though Galaxy A42 is noticeably newer than the LG G7 One, it is a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
LG G7 One features just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A42. Both have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM. The LG G7 One features a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels.
Galaxy A42 has a much bigger memory for applications and games than LG G7 One, because although it has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy A42 features a very superior battery performance than LG G7 One, because it has a 67% larger battery size.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 features a much better camera than LG G7 One, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A42 also counts with a back facing camera with a much higher resolution.
