Galaxy C7 is a little bit better than the LG G7 One, having a 77.7 score against 76.8. Although Galaxy C7 is notably older and just a bit heavier than LG G7 One, it's design is still somewhat thinner. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy C7 has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while LG G7 One has Android 10 version, so it counts with some extra features.
