The Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is a lot better than the LG G7 One's general score of 76.8. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 has 13 version while LG G7 One has Android 10 version. The Galaxy S20 is a just a bit heavier device than LG G7 One, but both are equally thin.
The LG G7 One and the Galaxy S20 both feature extremely similar screens, although the Galaxy S20 also has a little bit greater count of pixels per inch in the screen, a quite bigger display and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 3200.
