The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is way better than the LG G7 One's global score of 76.8. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version and LG G7 One has Android 10 version. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G body is newer than LG G7 One's, although it is thicker and much heavier.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little faster processing unit than LG G7 One, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
