The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is a bit better than LG G7 One, getting a score of 80.3 against 76.8. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7's body is heavier and a little thicker than the LG G7 One. LG G7 One counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher screen pixels density and a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution.
