The Asus ROG Phone 7 is a bit better than LG G7 ThinQ, having an 81.2 score against 81. The Asus ROG Phone 7 body is notably newer, but thicker and incredibly heavier than the LG G7 ThinQ. Both devices in our current comparison include Android OS (operating system), but Asus ROG Phone 7 has the previous 13 version and LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.
