Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition has the previous 14 version and LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition's body is much newer, but thicker and way heavier than the LG G7 ThinQ.

Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition features a little better processing power than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition also has more RAM memory. The Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition features a sharper display than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1280 x 2800 and a just a little lower pixel count in each display inch, it also counts with a bit larger screen and a much brighter screen.

Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition counts with a much greater memory capacity for applications and games than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition features a much better camera than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition also has a lot higher 50 megapixels resolution camera, a larger camera aperture to capture better photography in low light environments and a way bigger sensor.

Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition has a really longer battery duration than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has 5600mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

Although Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G7 ThinQ. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the LG G7 ThinQ, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
