Comparison review
Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has a general score of 90.5, which is better than the LG G7 ThinQ's 81 score. Although Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G is newer than the LG G7 ThinQ, it's thicker and heavier. Both phones we compare here work with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has the previous 10 version and LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.
The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a better looking screen than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher number of pixels per inch of display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G features a bit more powerful processing unit than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
LG G7 ThinQ has a greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G takes much clearer photos and videos than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the same video frame rates and a F1.6 aperture, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also has a back-facing camera with a much better resolution and a lot bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G features a much better battery life than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
