Comparison review

The Huawei Mate X has a global score of 89.4, which is better than the LG G7 ThinQ's 81 score. Both devices we are comparing here include the same Android 9.0 Pie operating system, so both of them should provide the user identical OS features. Huawei Mate X's design is newer, but notably thicker and a lot heavier than the LG G7 ThinQ.

The Huawei Mate X's CPU is just as good as the processing unit in LG G7 ThinQ, and although the Huawei Mate X has more RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a sharper display than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a little worse 1440 x 3120 resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display.

The Huawei Mate X counts with a much greater memory to store more apps and games than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. LG G7 ThinQ takes much better photos and videos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a much less mega-pixels camera in the back and a lot tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing lot lower quality videos and pictures, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better low light photos.

Huawei Mate X counts with a way better battery performance than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has a 50 percent more battery size.

Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G7 ThinQ. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy LG G7 ThinQ, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
