Comparison review

The Galaxy Fold is a lot better than LG G7 ThinQ, getting a general score of 97.6 against 81. The Galaxy Fold construction is newer and somewhat thinner, but also heavier than LG G7 ThinQ. Both of these phones come with the same Android 9.0 Pie operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect.

The Galaxy Fold has a bit more powerful CPU than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The LG G7 ThinQ features a way better display than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way greater pixels amount per inch in the display and a slightly better 1440 x 3120px resolution.

Galaxy Fold features a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy Fold counts with a much longer battery lifetime than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has a 4380mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.

LG G7 ThinQ shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller camera sensor capturing less light and dull colors and a smaller aperture which is not favorable for capturing photos and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the LG G7 ThinQ also counts with a camera with a much better resolution.

Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G7 ThinQ. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get LG G7 ThinQ, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
