Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is way better than LG G7 ThinQ's 81 global score. Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is newer than LG G7 ThinQ, it's incredibly heavier and thicker. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has older 13 version and LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.

The LG G7 ThinQ features a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a bit lower 1440 x 3120 resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher pixels amount in each inch of screen. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has just a bit more memory for apps and games than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit superior CPU than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM memory. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much longer battery life than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a lot better camera than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a much better 7680x4320 video definition, a much more mega pixels camera and a way larger sensor taking way higher quality videos and photos.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G7 ThinQ. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, else you can save some dollars and get the LG G7 ThinQ, giving up a couple specifications.
