The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a global score of 98.1, which is much better than the LG G7 ThinQ's general score of 81. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has 11 version while LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra design is notably newer, but thicker and extremely heavier than LG G7 ThinQ.

If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get LG G7 ThinQ, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your savings.
