LG G7 ThinQ has a global score of 81, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S4's global score of 79. The LG G7 ThinQ is a heavier cellphone than the Galaxy S4, but they have the same thickness. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G7 ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4, so it counts with some additional features and better performance.
The LG G7 ThinQ has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. LG G7 ThinQ counts with a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy S4, because it has a better screen pixel density, a much better resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a bigger display.
LG G7 ThinQ features a very superior memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S4, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory, the LG G7 ThinQ also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a 15 percent larger battery capacity.
LG G7 ThinQ features a superior camera than Galaxy S4, because although it has a tinier sensor taking worse quality pictures and videos, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality, a way bigger camera aperture and a higher resolution back-facing camera.
Although LG G7 ThinQ is a better device, it is more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy S4. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the LG G7 ThinQ, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy S4, giving up a couple features and specifications.
