The LG G7 ThinQ has a score of 81, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge's overall score of 78.1. Although the LG G7 ThinQ is notably newer than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, it is a bit heavier and just a bit thicker. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the LG G7 ThinQ has 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo, providing a lot of extra features.
The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S7 edge, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the LG G7 ThinQ also has a larger number of cores (and they are faster).
