Comparison review

The Sony Xperia 1 III is better than the LG G7 ThinQ, having a 93.3 score against 81. These devices work with Android OS, but Sony Xperia 1 III has the older 11 version and LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. The Sony Xperia 1 III body is way newer, but heavier and a bit thicker than the LG G7 ThinQ.

The Xperia 1 III features a bit superior processing unit than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The LG G7 ThinQ has a slightly better looking screen than Sony Xperia 1 III, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels, a bit smaller screen and a little bit worse pixel quantity per inch in the display.

Sony Xperia 1 III has a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that supports 976 GB smaller, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Sony Xperia 1 III has a slightly better camera than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, a worse 3840x2160 video resolution and a camera in the back with much less megapixels, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor.

Xperia 1 III features a very superior battery lifetime than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has a 50 percent greater battery size.

Although Sony Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G7 ThinQ. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get LG G7 ThinQ, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
