Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is just a bit better than the LG G7 ThinQ, getting an 81.2 score against 81. Although the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 and LG G7 ThinQ were released only a couple months apart, Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's design is a little bit thinner but also somewhat heavier than LG G7 ThinQ. LG G7 ThinQ has a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
LG G7 ThinQ features a much better screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has a little bigger display, a better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a greater display density. LG G7 ThinQ has a greater storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a bit longer battery life than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has a 3400mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh. LG G7 ThinQ has a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor which offers a worse photo and video quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the LG G7 ThinQ also counts with a camera in the back with a way better resolution, faster 60 frames per second video frame rate and a bigger aperture.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G7 ThinQ. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, else you can save some dollars and get the LG G7 ThinQ, resigning some specifications.
