Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition is slightly better than LG G8 ThinQ, with a general score of 87.4 against 84.3. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has an older 10 version while LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version. Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition's construction is newer than LG G8 ThinQ's, although it's somewhat thicker and incredibly heavier.
LG G8 ThinQ features a bit better screen than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, because although it has much less brightness and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixels density and a higher 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution. LG G8 ThinQ features a much bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
