The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is better than LG G8 ThinQ, with a overall score of 94 against 84.3. Even though Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is newer than LG G8 ThinQ, it's thicker and extremely heavier. LG G8 ThinQ features a bit more vivid display than Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate, because although it has a bit smaller screen and much lower brightness, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3120px resolution and a higher quantity of pixels per inch in the display.
Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a bit more powerful processing unit than LG G8 ThinQ, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate also has more RAM memory.
