LG G8 ThinQ has a general score of 84.3, which is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 8's general score of 79.5. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G8 ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14, counting with a couple nice extra features. LG G8 ThinQ's construction is a little thinner and incredibly lighter than the Asus ROG Phone 8, even though it was released 5 years before.

The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a really superior performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a little more vivid display than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a lot lower count of pixels in each inch of screen and a lot lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with much more brightness and a little bit larger screen.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 captures much clearer photos and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a much smaller aperture which is worse for capturing pictures and videos in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a much higher 50 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera, a much higher 7680x4320 video definition and a way bigger camera sensor shooting much higher quality videos and photographs.

LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a superior battery lifetime than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
