LG G8 ThinQ has an overall score of 84.3, which is a little bit better than Google Pixel 4 XL's 82.9 global score. The LG G8 ThinQ design is just a little bit thicker but lighter than the Google Pixel 4 XL, and both of them were only released 7 months apart. LG G8 ThinQ has a bit more vivid screen than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px and a little bit higher display density.

The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB more internal memory. The LG G8 ThinQ and the Google Pixel 4 XL both have extremely similar processing units, both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
