LG G8 ThinQ is slightly better than the Honor 50 Pro, having a score of 84.3 against 77. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but LG G8 ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version and Honor 50 Pro has Android 11. Even though LG G8 ThinQ is notably older and a little bit thicker than Honor 50 Pro, it's body is still lighter.
The LG G8 ThinQ features a little faster processor than Honor 50 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The LG G8 ThinQ has a brighter screen than Honor 50 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixels density and a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 3120px.
The Honor 50 Pro counts with a better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has worse video frame rates and a way tinier camera aperture which is not nice for shooting photographs or video in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Honor 50 Pro also counts with a back camera with a lot better resolution.
LG G8 ThinQ features much more memory for apps and games than Honor 50 Pro, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Honor 50 Pro features a little longer battery life than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 14 percent more battery size.
