Even though LG G8 ThinQ is a little bit thicker than the Huawei Mate 8, it's a bit lighter and newer. LG G8 ThinQ features a bit better processor than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has more RAM.

LG G8 ThinQ has a sharper screen than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a bit larger display, a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a way better screen density. LG G8 ThinQ counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a back camera with a lot worse resolution, it also counts with a way higher (4K) video resolution and a lot larger aperture to take better photos and video in poorly lited environments.

LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
