LG G8 ThinQ has a general score of 84.3, which is a little bit better than Huawei P Smart (2021)'s general score of 79.2. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but LG G8 ThinQ has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Huawei P Smart (2021) has Android 10, providing a lot of extra features. Despite of the fact that the LG G8 ThinQ is older than the Huawei P Smart (2021), it's design is somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner.
The LG G8 ThinQ has a brighter display than Huawei P Smart (2021), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels density and a better 1440 x 3120 resolution. The LG G8 ThinQ features a bit faster processing unit than Huawei P Smart (2021), and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the LG G8 ThinQ also has more RAM.
The Huawei P Smart (2021) shoots much clearer photos and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has worse video frame rate and a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for capturing photos and/or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Huawei P Smart (2021) also counts with a back camera with a way higher 48 MP resolution and a much larger sensor.
LG G8 ThinQ has a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P Smart (2021), and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Huawei P Smart (2021) counts with a much longer battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 43 percent more battery size.
