Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is just a bit better than LG G8 ThinQ, getting an 88.2 score against 84.3. Huawei P40 Pro's construction is newer, but extremely heavier and just a little bit thicker than the LG G8 ThinQ. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 Pro has the previous 10 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Huawei P40 Pro's CPU is very similar to LG G8 ThinQ's processing unit, and although the Huawei P40 Pro has more RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The LG G8 ThinQ features a brighter screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3120px resolution and a better count of pixels per inch of screen.
Huawei P40 Pro shoots greater photographs and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a lot tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a way larger camera sensor taking much higher quality videos and photographs and a lot better 50 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
LG G8 ThinQ features a much better storage to install applications and games than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has an external SD slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Huawei P40 Pro has improved battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity.
