The LG G8 ThinQ has a score of 84.3, which is a little bit better than the LG G7 ThinQ's 81 score. Both of these phones use the same Android 9.0 Pie OS. LG G8 ThinQ is a newer phone than LG G7 ThinQ, although it is just a little bit heavier and a little thicker. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bit more powerful processor than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a higher amount of RAM.

LG G7 ThinQ has just a bit better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier camera sensor shooting lower quality photos and a tinier aperture which is not nice for taking photographs and video in low light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the LG G7 ThinQ also counts with a back facing camera with much more MP.

Although LG G8 ThinQ is a better device, it costs more money than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G7 ThinQ. If you are trying to save some money, you can get LG G7 ThinQ, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
