Comparison review
LG G8 ThinQ is slightly better than LG G8S ThinQ, getting an 84.3 score against 82.5. Although LG G8 ThinQ and the LG G8S ThinQ were released only 3 months apart, the LG G8 ThinQ design is just a little bit lighter but a bit thicker than the LG G8S ThinQ. Both phones in this comparison use the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that.
LG G8S ThinQ features a CPU that's very similar to the processing unit in LG G8 ThinQ, both have a Octa-Core processing unit and 6 GB of RAM memory. The LG G8 ThinQ features a better screen than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution and a greater number of pixels per inch in the screen.
The LG G8S ThinQ features as much storage capacity for applications and games as LG G8 ThinQ, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity and a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG G8S ThinQ has just a little bit longer battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 3550mAh battery size.
The LG G8 ThinQ has a bit better camera than LG G8S ThinQ, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a same resolution back-facing camera and the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a bigger aperture.
