Comparison review
The LG G8 ThinQ has a global score of 84.3, which is much better than LG K52's 76 overall score. These phones come with Android operating system, but the LG G8 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version and LG K52 has Android 10, so it offers a lot of extra features and performance optimizations. The LG G8 ThinQ construction has the same thickness than the LG K52, but it is somewhat lighter.
The LG G8 ThinQ has a much better screen than LG K52, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1440 x 3120px and a way higher screen pixel density. The LG G8 ThinQ features more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than LG K52, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG G8 ThinQ also has 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
The LG G8 ThinQ features a little bit better processing power than LG K52, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a slightly better camera than LG K52, because although it has a lot tinier back-facing camera sensor which provides a lot worse photo and video quality and a back facing camera with a way lower 12 MP resolution, it also counts with a much better (4K) video definition and a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photos and videos.
The LG K52 has a little better battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 14% greater battery capacity.
