Comparison review
The LG G8 ThinQ is just a bit better than LG Q8, having an 84.3 score against 77.2. Even though the LG G8 ThinQ is newer than LG Q8, it is just a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but LG G8 ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat, so it offers some extra features.
The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bit faster processing unit than LG Q8, because it has 2 GB more RAM and a greater number of cores. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a little sharper display than LG Q8, because although it has a just a little worse count of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a quite more brightness, a slightly better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a bigger display.
The LG G8 ThinQ features a much better memory capacity for games and applications than LG Q8, and although they both have an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG G8 ThinQ also has 128 GB internal storage capacity. LG G8 ThinQ features just a little better battery performance than LG Q8, because it has a 17% more battery capacity.
The LG G8 ThinQ shoots just a bit better videos and photos than LG Q8, because although it has a lot worse resolution back-facing camera and a lower video resolution, and they both have a 0.38 inches sensor, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better photos in low-light situations.
