The LG G8 ThinQ has an overall score of 84.3, which is just a bit better than the LG V40 ThinQ's score of 81.2. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but LG G8 ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10. Although LG G8 ThinQ and LG V40 ThinQ were only released 6 months apart, the LG G8 ThinQ design is just a little thicker but also a little bit lighter than LG V40 ThinQ.

The LG V40 ThinQ's processing unit is very similar to LG G8 ThinQ's processing unit, both have the same RAM memory amount and 8 processing cores. The LG G8 ThinQ has a bit better display than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1440 x 3120px, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a little bit higher screen pixels density.
