LG G8 ThinQ is just a bit better than Moto G 5G Plus, having a score of 84.3 against 82.6. LG G8 ThinQ is an older phone than Moto G 5G Plus, but LG managed to make it lighter and just a little bit thinner. The LG G8 ThinQ has a much better looking screen than Motorola Moto G 5G Plus, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher count of pixels per inch in the display and a better 1440 x 3120 resolution.

The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Moto G 5G Plus, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. The LG G8 ThinQ has a little faster processing unit than Moto G 5G Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

The Moto G 5G Plus counts with a better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has worse 30 frames per second video frame rates and a smaller aperture which is not so good for shooting photos and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Moto G 5G Plus also counts with a camera with a way higher 48 MP resolution and a much bigger sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and pictures.

The Moto G 5G Plus features a much better battery life than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
