LG G8 ThinQ has a general score of 84.3, which is a little bit better than Moto G8 Plus's global score of 77.6. Although the LG G8 ThinQ and Moto G8 Plus were released only a couple months apart, the LG G8 ThinQ is somewhat lighter and just a little thinner. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bit faster CPU than Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a higher amount of RAM.

LG G8 ThinQ features a better looking display than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3120px. Moto G8 Plus takes better photos and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture and lower 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Moto G8 Plus also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a much higher image quality and a back camera with a lot higher 48 mega pixels resolution.

LG G8 ThinQ counts with a way bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Moto G8 Plus, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Moto G8 Plus features a little better battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3500mAh.
