LG G8 ThinQ is a bit better than the Moto G84, getting a global score of 84.3 against 80.9. These devices use Android OS, but LG G8 ThinQ has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Moto G84 has Android 13. The LG G8 ThinQ has a very superior performance than Motorola Moto G84, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
The LG G8 ThinQ features just a bit better looking display than Moto G84, because although it has a little smaller display and a lot more opaque screen, it also counts with a greater amount of pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120. The LG G8 ThinQ features a lot bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Moto G84, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
Moto G84 has a much better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a lot smaller camera aperture which is not nice for capturing pictures and/or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Moto G84 also counts with a back camera with a much better resolution and a way larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Moto G84 has a much longer battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 43% larger battery size.
