The LG G8 ThinQ is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto G9 Plus, with an 84.3 score against 80.5. The LG G8 ThinQ is an older phone than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, but LG was able to build it noticeably lighter and somewhat thinner. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but LG G8 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Moto G9 Plus has Android 10.

LG G8 ThinQ features a bit better processing power than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The LG G8 ThinQ has a sharper display than Moto G9 Plus, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3120 resolution and a higher count of pixels per inch of display.

Motorola Moto G9 Plus shoots much better videos and photos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has lower video frame rate and a tinier camera aperture which is worse for low-light images and video, and they both have the same video quality, the Motorola Moto G9 Plus also counts with a much bigger camera sensor which offers a much higher image and video quality and a back camera with a lot higher 64 mega pixels resolution.

LG G8 ThinQ has much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Moto G9 Plus, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Moto G9 Plus has a much longer battery life than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
