LG G8 ThinQ is slightly better than the Motorola One Zoom, having an 84.3 score against 80. The LG G8 ThinQ is a somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner cellphone than the Motorola One Zoom, even though they were released with only a few months difference. The LG G8 ThinQ features a sharper display than Motorola One Zoom, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Motorola One Zoom, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G8 ThinQ has a little bit better hardware performance than Motorola One Zoom, and although they both have 8 cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

The Motorola One Zoom shoots better pictures and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures and videos and lower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Motorola One Zoom also counts with a back camera with a lot better 48 MP resolution and a much larger sensor capturing way better quality videos and pictures.
