The LG G8 ThinQ has a general score of 84.3, which is a bit better than the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G's 79.8 score. The LG G8 ThinQ is a lighter and just a little thinner cellphone than the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, even when both of them were only released 2 months apart. Both phones we compare here have Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G8 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has Android 10.

OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has a bit faster processing unit than LG G8 ThinQ, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has more RAM memory. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with just a bit better looking display than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1440 x 3120px resolution, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a little more pixels per screen inch.

The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G counts with a better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low light photography and video, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution and a much larger back camera sensor which offers a way better image and video quality.

LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has just a little better battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 14% larger battery capacity.
