Samsung Galaxy A50's camera is just as good as the LG G8 ThinQ one, because although the Samsung Galaxy A50 has a tinier aperture which is worse for low-light photos, worse 30 fps video frame rate and a smaller sensor capturing less light and washed colors, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition, it also counts with a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.

The Samsung Galaxy A50 features a bit better battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.

Although LG G8 ThinQ is a better device, it costs a little more money than the Galaxy A50, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A50. So if you want that extra features, you can buy LG G8 ThinQ, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy A50, giving up some features and specs.
