The Galaxy A50s has a global score of 86.6, which is a bit better than LG G8 ThinQ's global score of 84.3. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy A50s has an older 10 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version. Galaxy A50s's body is just a little bit lighter and just a little thinner than the LG G8 ThinQ, although both of them were released only a couple months apart.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a much better looking screen than Galaxy A50s, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3120px resolution and a greater amount of pixels per inch of screen. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a little better performance than Galaxy A50s. Both have 8 CPU cores and the same RAM memory amount.

The LG G8 ThinQ features much more storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy A50s, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy A50s features a bit longer battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.

The Galaxy A50s takes much better videos and photos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rate and a lot tinier aperture which is worse for low light captures, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy A50s also counts with a much higher resolution back camera and a lot larger sensor which gives a way better image and video quality.
