Samsung Galaxy A51 5G has a score of 90.8, which is a little bit better than the LG G8 ThinQ's 84.3 overall score. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G has older 11 version while LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy A51 5G's body is newer, but heavier and just a little thicker than LG G8 ThinQ.
The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A51 5G. They have 6 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a greater pixels density.

So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, else you can save some dollars and get the LG G8 ThinQ, letting go a couple specifications.
