Comparison review

The Galaxy A71 has a general score of 87.5, which is slightly better than LG G8 ThinQ's score of 84.3. The Galaxy A71 design is newer and a bit thinner than the LG G8 ThinQ's, although it's also a little bit heavier. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy A71 has an older 11 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.

LG G8 ThinQ features a sharper display than Galaxy A71, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution and a better screen pixels density. The LG G8 ThinQ has just a bit better performance than Galaxy A71. They have the same RAM memory amount and 8 processing cores.

Samsung Galaxy A71 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light images and worse video frame rates, and they both have the same video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing much better quality photographs and a way more mega pixels back-facing camera.

LG G8 ThinQ has a very superior storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A71, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy A71 counts with improved battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.

Although Galaxy A71 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G8 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G8 ThinQ. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy A71, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the LG G8 ThinQ, letting go a couple specifications.
