Comparison review

Galaxy S6 is a bit better than the LG G8 ThinQ, having an 87.4 score against 84.3. Galaxy S6's construction is lighter and thinner than LG G8 ThinQ, even though it was released 4 years before. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS, but Galaxy S6 has 5.0 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version.

The Galaxy S6 counts with a bit more vivid screen than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, it also counts with a bit better screen pixel density. LG G8 ThinQ features a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S6, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB.

Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with an additional graphics processor and a 64 bits processing unit. The LG G8 ThinQ takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S6, because although it has a lot lower 12 MP resolution back camera and a lower (4K) video definition, and they both have a same size camera sensor, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a lot bigger diafragm aperture for better photography and video in low light environments.

The LG G8 ThinQ has greater battery performance than Galaxy S6, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity instead of 2550mAh.

Samsung Galaxy S6 costs more than LG G8 ThinQ, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
