LG G8 ThinQ has an overall score of 84.3, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro's 81 overall score. Both phones we compare here have Android OS, but the LG G8 ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has Android 11. Despite of the fact that the LG G8 ThinQ is older than the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, it's design is way lighter and thinner.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a much better display than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater display density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a bit better performance than Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The LG G8 ThinQ shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a lot less megapixels resolution camera, it also counts with a lot larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a bigger aperture to capture better images and videos in low-light situations.

Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro features greater battery lifetime than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 4050mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the LG G8 ThinQ is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
