Comparison review
Galaxy Z Flip is a little bit better than LG G8 ThinQ, getting an 88.5 score against 84.3. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Z Flip has an older 12 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version. Although the Galaxy Z Flip is a little heavier than LG G8 ThinQ, it's thinner and newer.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has a bit more powerful CPU than LG G8 ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has a greater amount of RAM. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a sharper screen than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a higher pixels density.
The LG G8 ThinQ features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy Z Flip features just a bit better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, a 12 mega pixels camera in the back and the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy Z Flip also counts with a larger sensor taking higher quality videos and photos.
The LG G8 ThinQ features just a little bit longer battery duration than Galaxy Z Flip, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG G8 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G8 ThinQ. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Z Flip, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the LG G8 ThinQ, letting go some features and specs.
