Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is just a bit better than the LG G8 ThinQ, having an 85.6 score against 84.3. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a way newer and somewhat thinner phone than LG G8 ThinQ, although it is just a bit heavier. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has the previous 11 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.
LG G8 ThinQ features a brighter screen than Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a higher pixels density. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much better memory for applications and games than Galaxy Z Flip 3, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a processing unit that's very similar to the LG G8 ThinQ one, and although the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a larger amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. The LG G8 ThinQ has a bit superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity.
LG G8 ThinQ features a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, and although they both have the same resolution back facing camera, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a larger camera aperture.
Although Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G8 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G8 ThinQ. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Z Flip 3, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the LG G8 ThinQ, giving up a couple specs and features.
